Alright so I have finally decided that I am going write about all the amazing recipes that I come across and all the awesome treats and eatables that I find in the local farmers market and chain grocery stores. My goal will be to write two types of posts.
a) Recipes of popular dishes (and some new ones) and how to make them lactose free, gluten free and possibly vegan. I will label every post either Vegan, Gluten-free, and/or Lactose Free.
b) List food products that are either gluten free, vegan or lactose free. In addition, I will try to give you tips on how to make them taste better (some of these products have potential but we need to work on them).
So I know I am lactose intolerant. The first thing you need to do before you start trying any kind of new diet is to find what works for you. Do it for a short time span and make some notes. It took me almost 2 months to narrow down the problem.
Alright, now lets have some fun.
